Hello from the dirty south
 

came here to look into setting up US ebay & paypal accounts due to constant restrictions.Apparently they have somebody watching my account and punishing me for made up offences.I figure I will get suspended at some point in spite of doing up to $12,000 a month in sales for years...Somewhat lower now due to restrictions.I sell items they allow but regulate.
It looks like the best way to start is to get the stealth guide but when I click on it I get a "site cannot be found" and then my avast protection kicks in claiming url has malware.
Any recommendations?

Its safe link. Sometimes antivirus are wrong. Contact Aspkin or go to ebay Stealth guide

I also get issue blocked by my antivirus because of malware
