Money stolen from Paypal, please help!
Please can anybody give me advice, I have a Paypal account of over 20 years, I recently let somebody from a charity make a payment for goods to my son who had no Paypal account, now 4 months later she has gone to her bank and claimed back £2,700 without any communication or action through PayPal, nothing in the resolution centre, She said she didn’t know her bank had done it but that action can only be raised by her. My son has proof that she received her orders and even sold them on her charity site but Paypal will not help me because I have no seller protection, I do not have £2700 to pay back to Paypal, it has ruined me and my paypal, my bank account and my good credit rating. Please if anybody has any advice I could really use it.
