How to create a new paypal account after being permanently banned?
Hi everyone,
My paypal has been permanently limited (for life and for no reason) and I want to find a way to create another one.
Does anyone know how to successfully make another account?
I've done my research and have found maybe 1 or 2 ways on how to do this. I was hoping that maybe someone has already had this problem and knows how to deal with it.
Any advice would be highly appreciated!

You can easily make/create a new paypal account. Just make sure EVERYTHING must be DIFFERENT from your previous account (computer/device, IP Address, Phone Number, VCC, etc)
