If I’m in MP and need to do a refund on item I never shipped, for stealth can I add my personal bank card to pay funds are not available in my account?? Or it will link or mess up account ?

If you're in MP, why not let the refund come from the account on file?

What am I missing? If you're on MP then you must have already added a bank account for any possible disbursements and refunds.

Just for clarification, you want to add a card that is not linked to the bank account you added to MP for fees and payouts?

Depends on if the card is AVS or not

If it is and the address doenst match it wont work so you can use a non avs VCC for that

Still need to use a VCC if its not letting you refund it from the balance and if your card is AVS

In theory yes

Although when you add the card you do sometimes get to release the payment from the hold

I believe if youre refunding payment for an item sold for which the funds are still being held those funds are released because the transaction is essentially cancelled.
If not then youll need a VCC or any card that can pass the AVS - meaning its address must match the one on the ebay acct.
