 Etsy Payouts PAYMENTS Never Come

my English is not good, so please ignore any grammar or typing mistakes
i m using Etsy since 2016 and from 2018 i m using with Wise Account and never get any problem, all of the sudden i got an email from Etsy in end of january this year, to reconfirm my bank account with etsy,i do the same as they said, in 3 days i get small deposits i added to Etsy,
and confirm my bank account, but since i re confirm the same bank i m using from 2018 with etsy,i m stop getting payouts money, every week etsy email me my last week deposit money is send to my bank account, but payment never arrives, since Feb till today i get nothing from Etsy,i contact with Etsy support team open a ticket with them and they told me do not worry about, if my payouts not arrived to my bank account payment will automatically return to my etsy account, when after a month my first week payment not arrived to my bank or either etsy account, I was worried and contact them again, and told them, now they told me again re confirm my bank account with etsy,i do the same and after couple of days of waiting for a reply, I contact with them again through chat and asked them to reply, and on chat thy told me my ticket is close as resolved, they told me to reopen a ticket again, I do the same and the next person is also told me the same, that i have to reconfirm my bank account with Etsy or i should add a new bank account with etsy,i try another bank but this time i did not get any deposit after a week of waiting i asked him on ticket but no reply i wait for a week or more, but no reply then i contact with them on phone and they told me i have to wait to reply on that ticket, please note meanwhile my etsy account got more sales every day and i have to ship every item i sold
after a month pass i open a new ticket and make references of my old tickets and communications, because if same ticket or on new ticket customer support person was changed, he/she asked me to repeat every steps i mentioned already,t heri was also an issue with Etsy they never reply you on tickets, after weeks, if you get reply on ticket, handling person was changed and he asked you to wait till he understand the issue, and then he also lost like for ever and then a new person,
3 weeks before Etsy contact with me by their self, and told me they understand my concerns and issues, and they will resolve on priority basis, but after 2 to 3 replies, that ticket is also silent now,
very horrible customer support, extremely poor customer support i ever seen
from the very binging they ensure me not to worry about, and everything will be ok,and they took this case very long, and now i lost all my money and previous payouts, if they reply me properly, or from the understanding of the situation i close my shop or something else, now lost my cost+shipping+profit in last 3 to 4 months i spend all my savings to save my online shop that took years to build, and Etsy take everything from me
couple of weeks before i change my payouts weeks to monthly and increase rates 5 time more the regular price,to stop my items sale, and i now have nearly 2000 pounds pending amount for deposit
and etsy is not sending any micro deposit to my bank for confirmation, and i m unable to add bank with Etsy,i Try Payoneer, Wise if anyone have solution of this please help
