I have used methods here for the past year after being suspended. If done right you can and will be able to make a new account that will be strong and last. My best advise is to get a track phone and keep it with you as you will receive calls from ebay and paypal both. Just answering and talking on the phone with them is huge. I keep a note card in my pocket with all of my signup info and things handy so I can have quick and ready answers if questioned.

If you have multiple accts wouldnt you need a different phone number for each acct? Does tracphone provide call forwarding from different numbers to one catch all number?
Apparently - and this comes from reading around the forums since I can't use tracphones ha - tracphones allow multiple numbers to get forwarded to them or something like that. That's all the info I know - if I am wrong, well, I will learn.
I use a different tracfone and number for each account. Gotta have phones in every pocket and a note card with each. I believe you need to have a valid phone of some sort so that you can call them and their caller id will tell them who you are. If you call from a number that does not match the account you will have a lot of questions to answer before you can get anywhere. By simply calling from the registered number you are way ahead of the game. For the monthly charge of $10 or something it is well worth it.
