I recently started selling on ebay I was doing very good super feedback.Untill
I bid on something and won at the starting bid of £4.99 the seller refused to sell to me saying she wanted more for item.I left feedback seller refused to sell Then my troubles started I had a bid on an item I was selling who I found out later was this same sellers partner he bid a rediculous price won never paid I opened a non payer dispute which I later closed by mistake .
This conman left negative feedback he put arrogant untrustworthy etc.
I then had a request of seller for feedback revision which I refused having found out the buyer was her husband they live opposite my sister.
I complained to ebay why was he allowed to leave feedback when he never paid or received the item and That I wanted the feedback removed after being rudely cut off by the online customer support thats a joke.
I rang them explained the guy left me libalous unjustifiable feedback as he
had not paid for item.After several emails back and forth I was told my request did not meet there critiria for feedback removal.
It beggars believe.The way I see it ebay thinks they are beyond the law even murderers have a chance to prove there innocence BUT NOT AN EBAY SELLER
I swear if I had the cash Id sue the pants off ebay.
Anyway Im letting my last few listings run when they are sold I will withdraw money asap close paypal and tell ebay they can sue me for any fees I hope they do but I doubt it.
The guy running ebay belongs in A LUNATIC ASYLUM .
A VERY OLD SAYING AS TRUE TO DAY AS EVER DONT BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU.
It will all come tumbling down around ebay sooner than they think
But the yank in charge wont care as he would have made his quick profit.
Has anyone else had the problem I have had ?
Anyway Im having some success with EBID who I think will rival ebay then overtake them within a few years

I feel your pain, as time goes on more and more sellers will leave ebay, and look for alternatives. Amazon has already passed eBay, and I love them, not having to use paypal makes them better already. Look into Amazon you might like it, and if you don't pay your fees, depending on how much you owe they will just send your information to a collections agency to bother you. Good Luck!

the feedback manipulator buyers live opposite your sister, what a coincidence....UK is small but not that small...

ebid wont rival ebay in a few years, and it does not get as much traffic, but if you find them easier to deal with I would not blame you for switching..

not sure why you are here though, if its in order to get it off you chest then you have, we have all had this happen one way or another here, but we are plodding on with it as ultimately it is worth it for now, but if you want to get back on amazon or ebay, buy a guide and get started..but good luck with your future business
