IP + Paypal Accounts Question

Hi,
I had 4 ebay accounts banned recently and no longer login to any and have a completely diff ip, everything cleared with ccleaner, + flash cookies gone. My paypal account under those ebay accounts was not suspended or limited. I do login to that account under this new ip and have created 1 ebay account with a new paypal account linked to this new ebay account. Is it alright to login to my old paypal account and new paypal/ebay account under the same ip? Any advise will be helpful.

note: the transactions between the old paypal account are very limited now...the account has around $200 USD sitting there.

No, that is not a good idea. Once an ebay account is suspended, the paypal account you used with it is also considered gone. Although it may still be working, it is useless, unless it is for purchases/sales outside of ebay. Also you should not log on to a paypal account that is considered gone, on the same ip as a paypal account you are using with ebay.

No, do not do that. Even though it 'seems' at your end that old paypal is not linked, it is. That old paypal may never be used for anything on ebay again.
