Can an account really get linked only by IP??

Let's say my account was suspended.
Then my friend visits me and connects to my wifi with his phone.
And then he logs into his eb.ay account.
So then his account is linked to my suspended account and will get limited soon??
This doesn't make any sense.

Best advice to newbies is to read stealth book, this will save lots of energy for you and the forum.
