Don't I need a different IP address for each Stealth account?

I'm confused, I'm sure I can change my routers IP number no Problem. I can then create a new ebay account. No problem. What about creating and using 3 seperate stealth accounts? I want all of them stealth so that if one becomes unusable I can plug and play the other...

Looking for some help, Thanks!

Yes, each account needs to have a separate ip address, and be sure to check ip before signing into each account to avoid using the wrong ip address.

Keep track of yours IPs. Make sure you never reuse the same IP between different accounts. That will prevent linking occurring between the accounts so long as you follow all the other stealth rules :thumb:

There is a excel doc on this site that can help you track your IPs and warn you if you have a redundant one...now I just gotta find that thread.

Get google chrome. Open a new user for each paypal account. Then install Proxy SwitchyOmega and use proxies.

I would not recommend this :nono:

If you are not 100% sure of the proxy/VPN provider you are using, risk is to be linked to who-knows account (recycled IPs or proxyes).

Moreover, those kind of services/tools are mostly already banned by eBay/PayPal... very risky.

Welcome to the forums tpm913 - by now hope you have a good understanding of what the stealth process is...

IP is one way they can track you so to avoid this, you get each account its dedicated IP.

OK if we don’t want to use the same IP for our own stealth accounts to not get linked obviously, how do we know that other IPs have not been used by strangers with stealth accounts also?

Wouldn’t that link your stealth account with an unknown strangers stealth account?

Or not even strangers stealth accounts but real accounts.

What is keeping them all from being linked at some point by using the same IP addresses?

EDIT: Or for that matter what’s is stopping all legit or stealth accounts from linking that use IP address pools? (ISPs)

They need more than just an IP to link accounts so that isn't too much of an issue. eBay would end up with very few users if they banned anything who ever shared an IP with someone else. You want to prevent using the same IP on your own account though though just as a safe guard

If you want to be 100% sure though you would use a fresh IP through a VPN

So it’s not really that important as long as our stealth accounts are not using the same IPs right?

There are other factors for linking - IP is part of it but, like you indicated, eb and PP know that IPs can be accessed by other ppl at times

Yep, which is why you wan to track the IP address to make sure they don't repeat

So long as you are then using a dongle or tethering for your IPs you should not have an issue

If you try to use a n abused VPN with a large IP pool and rotate IPs through their pool chances are you will have issues

What about comcast cable for example?

Shouldn't be a problem there?

If you can consistently change IP with Comcast Cable, I will buy you a beer.

Well I meant a problem with the IPs but to change IP address just change MAC address in the router.

Have you tried it and made sure that it works every time?

Changing the MAC doesn't always change the IP with a lot of ISPs

Last time I used it it worked every time.

I used it a couple years ago posting to Craigslist and such.

You have to call them and tell them you want dynamic IPs though if I remember correctly.

UPDATE:

Got it set back up and it works every time.

One thing I did notice though is each one so far is on a different A class.
(1st octet)

Is that going to matter logging in later?
