Will paypal limit account if log-in is from different place

if you are login from too far away from location that you frequently use to login in .they will suspend your account.have you face this problem?

I have some fam that moved to korea, theirs got locked up when they logged in. I've gone all over the US logging into my account before without problems. using same computer tho.
