Fresh IP Address for Torrenting

I'm banned from a private tracker because I downloaded torrent files without immediately adding them to my client despite this not being mentioned in the rules!

I'm looking for a VPN with a fresh IP address that has never been used before. The 24vc.com account isn't allowed to be used for torrenting. Are there any other VPNs I can use or is there something else I can use to get a fresh IP?

Why is a fresh IP a bad idea? Why would I want a shared IP VPN? Surely somebody could have already signed up to my tracker with that shared IP?

Odds of someone already signing up for a private tracker with a shared ip probably pretty slim, and even if by the off chance it does equate to a problem you can always just switch to another shared ip and try again
