Can we Use Free VPN like HotSpot Shield to Hide Vpn for Paypal account ?

One of my friend live in Pakistan. Paypal isn't allowed in pakistan so he

asked me about hotspot shiled

as stated before, the IPs they have are abused already. If you don't believe us, go try it

The entire IP range will have been abused over time

Even if the IP does change it just goes from 1 abused IP to another abused IP

Although they have a nice website and claim not to keep logs, I wouldn't even think of trusting my finances to a free service. Let alone a VPN server I have no control over.

VPN providers can literally claim anything they want. How could you ever prove any of it's not true???

Hidemyass claimed not to keep logs, we all see how that turned out for LulzSec...

LulzSec had wide exposure if thats what you mean ;) jokes aside, if this worked, why do you think the entire forum didn't come up with it if it's so much cheaper than multiple dedicated IPs?
