Best route (Coffee shops a nightmare) can not afford to link accounts so thinking about an VPN - just to keep accounts seporate

Please stop using free Wifi, you are risking your accounts like crazy.

You can with a Mifi or Dongle, you would need to log the IP for each account.

If you go VPN, you don't have to log IP.

Cost: You will have to compare the price of a Mifi to VPN.

MM78 is correct.

VPN will set you back $20 per IP monthly, and around $10 if you pay several months in advance.
The up side is its convenience and the assurance that you would not get suspended based on you ip.
Search the marketplace for VPN

Your other alternative is Mifi as MM78 stated or you could use your mobile phone for Tethering.
You could use 1 Mifi device and 1 network (EE for example) to run several accounts as long as you collate ip address and make sure no IP ever logs on to a second account once it has been used with the first.
This method is cheaper, but it can be quite boring and repetitive.

A dongle from three can be had for around £10 per month on contract. Can be used with multiple accounts and is quick and easy to use.
