I've searched here extensively but can't really find a solution. I was hoping someone would know a service I can use where I can get a residential Static IP. I'm in GA and I need it to be for Florida. It has to look like a genuine Residential IP, not a data center IP. Any suggestions for this?

No, that is not at all the case. I am simply trying to work on a platform that has the same security measures in place as Ebay and Paypal and in order to do so, I need a new IP address because I was banned by being associated with another banned member. Isn't the precisely why everyone else is on here? I wouldn't assume that it's because they are all trying to defraud Ebay or the buyers.
Residential IPs are deemed a lot safer than VPNs from PayPal's perspective (as well as many other sites). The best way to get one is signing up for a broadband service.
Trying to get it any other way will cost you an arm and a leg, in addition to that it's hard to source.

so you guys wanna say that clean IP from data center or dedicated VPN is more then enough to work with EB/PP , even if they can detect that you use it?
A solution would be creating an Amazon AWS Micro Instance and setup own proxy on It. A non abused IP and fully controled by the owner.
AWS IP is still a data centre.
I setup some AWS too being told it was free by amazon. Then they blocked my account. Then a month later emailed me saying i owed them 150 dollars or so and a month later 300

Thanks for this update, I will be careful with them.
There only reason someone would want that is to defraud. A residential IP is not needed for eBay/PayPal.
As far as i know, PayPal don't allow hosting IP. If someone is using stealth ebay or PayPal and is not in USA, how is he going to use it without residential IP and won't get problem? hosting IP/ VPN PayPal don't allow.

Free Tier 2 VPS with 750 hours is barely enough for ONE VPS. I guess you make a few...
