IP changing TETHERING phone or VPN
 

So been doing tethering over the phone and it's great and free but the hassle of switching phone and carrying it with me isn't big deal but compare to vpn It is. I just signed up for hide my ass but have following questions.

1. phone tethering and vpn ip addresses, would you say the blacklisted ip addresses that is used by them are equal (or is one more then the other).

2. For ebay buyer accounts, if a blacklisted ip is used would that be more lenient if a buyer account is bit established (like 50 feedbacks)

3. As for VPN... I'm also doing some scraping and wondering if there is a vpn that will rotate ip on its own (like very hr etc. or custom time frame).

poor choice of vpn, abused. expect to get suspended/limited soon. only a matter of time.

Horrible source of IP that is over-abused. Good options provided on this forum is in the marketplace section

Glad I only used it for one session for ebay. I'm thinking of going ipburger a). Because its good review and b). I love burgers.

But question I have is, I know killswitch is implemented and don't have to go great length and do background modification but wondering if it works 100% of the time. I have a master ebay account that i use for my main home network that is 100% legit with over 10k feedback and do no want to compromise this at all.

I'm coming from tethering which separates these too easily but swapping each time and resetting is little more of hassle now as i'm selling lot of items.

So guess it comes down to the killswitch and how efficient it is too hide my real ip address (which i'm using xfinity now and changing ip doesn't work as back in the days )
