Proxies are a very poor choice for an IP solution when doing stealth.
Instead look at other options appropriate to the country in which you will be operating - be it a fresh dedicated VPN IP solution or anotehr one.

Don't you listen to him, as long as provider is good and proxy is undetectable = Golden.

I'm going with Slokor...use a proper VPN. Proxies are detectable and can/will get you banned.
