24vc vs IP Burger Customer Service

We created dropshipping software and we want to be sure our clients have clean fresh IP's to use, but we also need great customer service.

Well, 24vc lost already as it takes an act of Congress to reach them. I still haven't received a response after a couple of tries.

Is the customer service at IP Burger any better? I need an email I can contact this company at directly please.
