Difference Between Portable Firefox and Regular Firefox?
 

Hello, I was just wondering what's the difference between the 2?
Because when you load the portable one it looks just like the regular one.

What are the differences between the 2? thank you.

They're the same thing. There are lots of programs that have been made "portable" by that company. I have portable MS word.

The portable version stores all of it's user data in whatever file the portable app is stored in. Meaning you can run it from a flash drive without installing anything. Or easily use it to manage multiple accounts on the same user account.

Portable meaning you can take it anywhere for example on any external USB device.

Fully working program without the need to install.

portable version is also great if you need too change computers for any reason and makes life simple as you take your cookies with you :).
