The IPv4 address pool was actually officially depleted years ago, so there technically are no more "fresh" IPv4 addresses. All IPv4 addresses have been assigned at least once at this point.
The transition to IPv6 is going to be a cumbersome process which will take over a decade to complete. The process has already started. Since most of the internet is not yet compatible with IPv6, you will have both an IPv4 and an IPv6 address if your ISP gives you an IPv6 address at all.
You can type "show my IPv4" into a Google search to find out what your IPv4 is.
