Virgin media hub 3.0 & external router OR fresh dedicated IP

I have virgin media home hub 3.0.
I am planning on having atleat 6 ebay/paypal to start with but just the pros and cons on
1. virgin media hub & external router
2. fresh Dedicated IP address like from IPBurger

Which option is cost savings? as I am a new starter

If those are your 2 choices its best to do your own research on this one. Would you be constantly having to change your IP manually using your home hub? If so that's going to become tedious.

I personally prefer to use dongles as they are cheapest and the IP is dynamic so changes every time you plug it in.

You can use virgin media but changing the IP address each time does get tedious

I have tried and tested iphone hotspot and realised that 50% times the same ip gets repeated, is this same with dongle?

and which dongle and service provider is best in UK please

That will depend on your ISP

If you are using EE then it will repeat a lot
