IP address problem

I logged in to one of the stealth ebay account and was simply browsing and looking on the item people are selling there, by the listings where it say when will i receive the item, I saw my post code (real). I am a bit worried why my post code is being show here.

I have a different user account on my computer and I am using iphone mobile hotspot, I have excel ip sheet as well and this is completely new ip address as well which i get simply restart iphone.

What is wrong please

You sure you didn't log into the wrong user account?

No, I made sure I am logging into the right computer user account, and right ebay and paypal account.

There is one thing I discovered though is my real and stealth post code is same though just the house no is different. Could this be the reasons.
