VPN vs Proxy vs Tethering?

What are the pro's and con's of VPNs, Proxies, and Tethering?

Here are a few setup concepts I'm debating between.

Concept 1: VPN + User Account.
1 VPN per 1 User Account to separate stealth accounts.

Concept 2: Proxy + Portable Browser
1 IP Proxy per 1 Portable Browser to separate stealth accounts.

Concept 3: Tether + Portable Browser or User Account
1 Tether IP per 1 PB or 1 UA
(Changing ip and tracking them using an iPhone Hotspot to never repeat or rotate ip addresses on other Stealth Accounts of my own)

Ultimately, I guess the question is, how would you go about making each of these concepts work, which do you prefer, and why?

Concept 3. Just easiest to setup amongst the choices you have there.

I prefer Proxy, been using Proxies for a long time.....never really had a problem. In all honesty, you should go with whatever makes you feel secure.

Where do you get your proxies, if I may ask? IP Burger?

Unfortunately I don't really share where I get my Proxies......but I will share one site that has semi-decent IP's www.proxy6.net

IPBurger does not do proxies, they do VPN's.

Option 3 is the best and easiest in the UK ...

I've got an IP Burger VPN but won't be renewing next year once contract ends. Just going to get another phone and sim so I have a lager pool of IP's.

Just to add, i've been using Proxies for my Amazon Accounts. Never had a problem.
Just make sure you have a good setup in separating the accounts, else you'll end up being linked and get suspended.

My setup has always been VMware + FRESH V P N

VMware is awesome because it makes managing multiple accounts very easy, think of it like firefox except each tab is a new computer. So for example you can have five tabs open meaning you have 5 different computers running at the same time and if you combine that with a V P N you can literally have 5 different ip addresses running at the same time. So it makes multi-tasking between accounts extremely convenient and easy.

VMWare also can double as a Kill Switch if you set up a bridged connection to a VPN clients network adapter.

Tether and a new user account / portable browser or VPN and a user account / portable browser are the 2 easiest options

It depends on how on if you want to track IPs or just forget about them when it comes to tethering v VPN

That proxy6 site in their faq state this "
Qiwi and Paypal are available through a proxy?
No, in our network does not work Qiwi and Paypal."

tether works fine and its affordable but keeping track of ips gets old in my option that's why I like a fresh vpn ip from IPBurger paired with a fresh user account.
