Paypal Sees I am Using VPN/IP Hosting

I am trying to withdraw money from Paypal and when contacted they tell me it is because I am using a IP Hosting device. I use Express VPN. They told me I need to wait 24 hours and log in without it. I am not sure what to do. If I log in without it of course they will see that I am not in the location of my account. Is the VPN service I am using not good? I haven't had problems until now.

ExpressVPN IPs are shared by thousands of users and often abused/blacklisted by services like PayPal/eBay. This is why you're having issues.

I'm surprised you haven't been locked out of your account yet.

You can use your local IP as long as you changed it physically. IPBurger IPs are good as well as you get a Dedicated IP address which isn't shared with others.

What does it mean to use my local IP but change it physically? I just looked at IP Burger...might go that route. I haven’t had trouble for over 2 years, so I always thought I was ok.

You have a IP address from your Internet Service Provider. It can be changed.

Change your local IP address and you'll be good to go.

I had no idea...I thought that they would see that I am not in NY, but AZ and shut me down.
