Fresh IP Problem Stripe Registration

I tried to register to stripe using Fresh IP but it didn't work, they block me no matter what.
Should i use Residential Proxy? if yes which one below 100$ per month

If you are using a V PN, there's no such thing as 'fresh'. That's not true.
And yes, it's recommended to use residential IPs proxies. You can find a lot of providers with these resi ips. 100$ is too much, you can find a lot with 30$ per month, both rotating and static.
