Hi,

if i have a paypal account and want to start another

is using a new fresh VPN and different ip burger add on via browser enough for stealth? or is a new windows user necessary...

i wont be logging in out regular so cross contaminating them isnt really an issue.

It's still best to create a new user account and dedicate that one IPBurger profile on that one user account .

a new user account helps keep everything separate, stick to proven methods
