That is interesting as iPburger and ExpressVPN got a 1 and using my phone tethered I got a zero. Which goes to show that cell phone hot spot usage is the best way forward and I will probably dump the VPN’s and save a few bucks in the process.

It's a ruthless IP checker. If your IP scores anything under 1, it will pass anywhere.
