Say I wanna give my ebay + paypal account to someone else, would they need my account details for ip burger or just the http proxy credentials?

Make sure this other person knows how to operate the account well. IP is just one part of operating stealth well

If you can give them the cookies/IP thats great, but not necessary

Just have them use a fresh system to login with a Fresh IP and slowly build up cookies/history if not
