Registration IP

When registering your PayPal and eBay accounts, is it okay to use a dedicated IP, or are you supposed to register with one of the residential plans, and then use your dedicated IP later?

I always use residential IP, then 1 month later switch to the fresh and dedicated IP - IPburger .

But since I make accounts for myself monthly, I just stick to the residential IP.

It's much more efficient.

OP youre in he US. You don't need any IP solution other than your own wireless data. use your own phone as your hotspot device and keep track of the IPs you use over time.
