New dynamic ip address

Hi everyone.

My internet service provider kept the same IP for more than 1 month and it supposes to be dynamic one. I noticed a few days ago that ISP changed ip address (as expected being a dynamic ip service). This is Residential IP as far as i know. The thing is i got an eb account suspended with previous ip address and considering ISP changed the ip address i would like to know if i can use this new ip address to create a new eb account. I would like to confirm it because i think it is possible after read some threads around here.

You should be able to as long as all registration info on the new eb account is different as well

As long as you have not used the new IP on the previous eBay shop you should be fine, as long as the system you have to create the new eBay account is unique/unused
