How do you log IP addresses?

Hello,

Looking for a way to log all my IP addresses so they don't cross and link my accounts. Does anyone have any software that helps with this?

Thanks

An excel sheet works well enough for me.

Are you talking about switching off your router to get a new IP? If so, logging IP's is pointless, simply have a system to ensure that when you change accounts the IP is different - doesn't matter what it is.

I used to use an excel sheet too but now I don't really log the IP since it is different each time - dynamic IP

One useful Excel worksheet:

James's sheet works well. If you have difficulty using it, just use a plain excel sheet with the find feature every time you log an IP.
Make sure to have the file synchronise to a server such as google drive.

I'm typically fine getting rid of the entire host ID section every time I cycle IPs, e.g. 123.456.xxx

are you using a mobile hotspot? isn't the IP pool limited so that eventually your accounts will mix with each other?

rsot isn't a heavy seller. If you run a good number of heavy-weight accounts using one network, logging IPs will be a necessity.

Here in the UK, some pools like 'Three' & 'O2' are really large. You'd struggle to cycle their pool.

I'm using regular residential dynamic IP provider - mobile tetherting is a backup option. I also use backup of dial-up...

I keep it simple... xcel sheet, copy, paste and save.
