Mobile Hotspot to Create & Mange Only 1 eBay Account

Hi all,

So I have a rookie question. I live in the States. My US-based eBay account has been recently suspended. I created a new user account on my Mac. A new Gmail, and a new phone number (actually it's my wife's number since this number has never been used on eBay before). I plan to use my iPhone with AT&T mobile hotspot to create and run a new eBay account. For name and address, I plan to use my real name and real address (both associated with a previously suspended eBay account) since MP will require that anyway. Please correct me if I'm wrong though?

I don't run multiple accounts for my eBay business due to the nature of my gig, so my question is, do I need to use airplane mode to switch hotspot on and off every time to get an unused IP address before logging in to my eBay account? From what I've been reading, looks like it's recommended to log in with a different IP each time (by minimum of 2 digits)?

You plan to use the same name and address as it was in the previous account which was suspended? Don’t you think it will be linked to the new account and it will get suspended as well?

You would probably benefit by picking up the stealth guide to cover the basics

The same hotspot is fine as long as you track the IPs used and make sure not to re-use an IP you previously used

If you used the same hotspot on the previous account without tracking IPs, then pick up a different ISP hotspot and start keeping track

Thank you for the great tips! Definitely need to consider getting a different ISP hotspot. And yes, I've been reading the stealth guide for a week now. But with MP, looks like the rules are changing.
