 24vc problem
I've been using 24vc for a long time. Never had major issues with them, the connection rarely fails and when it happens their support usually respond fast and fix the problem.
However, today one of my VPNs won't connect all day, I sent them 3 messages so far with no response whatsoever! I am not able to access anything on that virtual machine since morning.
My other VPNs are working fine, but I am already looking for alternatives. My issue is not that they have technical problems, my issue is being ignored.
They used to be the main VPN provider here, I am sure many members still use them, has something like this happened to anybody lately?
