is this safe??? will i link my accounts?

im using 2 stealth accounts on one computer, 2 windows user, and one ip straight from the modem and i get a new ip address from a router.. is this strategy safe enough? or is it risky since the routers ip is being taken from my modem. but they are always different... any advice??

As long as your ip is changing when switching between them, then it's safe.

In this thread, Lakeman says that as long as your IP address is changing every time you switch user accounts, then you're safe. So what would be the purpose of keeping track of your ip addresses if you're going to get a new one every time?

Will ebay get suspicious if you log into your account with a new ip address EVERY single time?

Reason I ask is because I plan to have three user accounts (three separate ebay/paypal accounts) and plan to change my ip address EVERY time I log off. Is that ok? Will I be safe?

^^^ The reason you want to keep track of your IP addresses is to make sure the IP address is not getting recycled...possibly to one of your other accounts.

Its a good idea to keep track for at least for a couple of months anyway.

And No...eBay won't get suspicious if your IP address is changing every time you log in. Many people are still using dial-up and such.
