if you are in the Uk, then you can get a residential dynamic IP or you can use mobile as hotspot

It's not IPBurger that's getting you banned.... otherwise most of the forum members would have trouble and the company would die.
From what I've read from the UK folks, they just use a hotspot.
And again, I know it's not IPBurger that's getting you banned, so both work just fine.
