Unhappy changeing my i.p

hello,just bought the abay Stealth Book its good stuff,thing is i cant change my i.p address,i am on talktalk in the uk,it says on my router page setup that i connect to my isp by pppoe/pppoa? there is 4 options on the page for me to select fromPPPoE/PPPoA Choose this option if your ISP uses PPPoE/PPPoA.(For most DSL users)
Dynamic IP Address Choose this option if your ISP uses Dynamic IP Address over DSL.
Static IP Address Choose this option if your ISP uses Static IP assignments.
Bridge Mode

i ticked the dynamic option and it said this


Dynamic IP Address Internet Connection Type :
Use this Internet connection type if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) didn't provide you with IP Address information and/or a username and password.

Connection Type : 1483 Bridged IP LLC1483 Bridged IP VC-Mux
MAC Address00 :00 :00 :00 :00 :00 :00

NAT : Disable or Enable
IGMP : Disable or Enable
Default Route : Disable or Enable

there is no mac address for me to change and i am completely lost to as what to do.its a D-LINK router i am also useing any help would be much appreciated as im lost with all this..thx in advance guys

Is your router holding the same IP? as I just looked up Talk Talk and they do not seem to be offering a Static IP.

Have you monitored the changes to your IP when you restart the router?

i have talktalk wireless router it changes ip everytime you turn it on???
check ip burger it will give you your ip adress,write it down,turn off your router for 10 seconds then turn it back on,go to ip burger again and there you have it different ip adress
