Because I've been trying to change my mac address and it worked once now it does not work. I'am little confused. any help would be greatly apparented

eBay/PayPal/Amazon know who most of the VPN providers are. They have blocked their IP address ranges. So, NO, VPN's do not work.

How would I get my mac to change the address. maybe I'am putting in the wrong numbers. here is the last 2 sections 5e:b8
