Foreign IP for ebay

Ok after some quick advice if possible.

I created a stealth account in the UK, but didn't add VCC. I'm now overseas and i'm wondering shall I add the VCC using a UK VPN connection or take a chance and just log in without one.

What's going to get more scrutiny, the VPN connection , or the overseas IP?
