Chaing IP to create new Paypal Account

I have a question. I had my internet modem connected directly to my computer but my Paypal account was limited. So I am planning on creating another account but I am not sure is buying a router and plug it to my internet modem would be enough to change th IP number and not get any old one already used?

What do you know about it?

Yes, a router is the way to go as long as you have dynamic IP.
you change the Mac, then reboot modem.
Note down your current banned IP somewhere and just cycle it.

I assume you have the stealth guide? If you don't, get it and read it over.
