Wireless Internet Linkage to Paypal Accounts

I'm creating a new ebay/paypal account w/ all new info. I also will be using a new computer. The only thing thats the same is I will be using Cricket wireless for internet access.

Can paypal & ebay still link the new account to the old one due to the wireless internet?

Just curious if the IP Address will be the same even if a new computer is used. I did this on amazon & was immediately flagged even though it was a new computer with all new data.

Yes it will be the same if it's on the same network.

If you have a wireless router you pretty much have to change your ip manually or it will never change, which is easy to do.

I though the IP address was made up of two parts: the identifier of a particular network on the Internet and an identifier of the particular device (which can be a server, computer or a workstation) within that network.

Seems that the entire IP address would be the different if a new computer is used but the same wireless network.

IP is just the identifier of the network - that;s why changing comps and staying on network is no good for changing IP.

Other parts of your computer are identified in other ways.

Hey, let me ask this. I have a laptop that I have serviced with a wireless device from Comcast. Every time I unhook the device and plug it back in the ip changes. (DYNAMIC):-) So, my question is, can I have multiple accounts on this one laptop if I continually switch the user account and unplug and replug the device?

Can ebay link me due to my device? Can amazon? I have the stealth guide but I want a definite answer to this question before I play with my 10 accounts I have worked so hard to get going and running.:-) Please advise. ANY AND EVERYONE!!! The more relevant answers the better.
