Paypal linkage with ebay cc verified accounts

I have had my accounts suspended last week which had paypal linked to them. My question is verifying ebay with cc, and if it does go naru'd, does it still get linked to paypal? As i am trying to protect my valuable paypal accounts from getting linked.
