IP is the BIGGEST Problem

so yea getting virtual phone number,
bank, vcc are easy steps of creating a stealth account

but what about IP?

VPN? dialup?

lakeman 10-20-2010 07:46 PM

To be honest I would say the ip is the easiest part. There's so many options for people in the US. Dial up, dsl, cable, mobile broadband, are all working options. Using a VPN would be th worst choice, also considered a last resort.

MadSam 10-20-2010 08:00 PM

IP is far from the biggest problem, not only are there so many options - what are you finding so difficult about changing your IP address?

Here We Go Again 10-20-2010 09:21 PM

The IP Address is the easy part.....

SaiJin 10-20-2010 09:42 PM

If you are having issues with IP, then it means that you haven't studied the stealth guide yet. Do you have it?
I truly recommend it to you. It has helped all of us in this forum tremendously!

JEM 10-20-2010 09:45 PM

agree with saijin, the stealth guide will answer so many questions for you

As all of the above pros have noted, its real easy. I suspect you are simply looking at it from the wrong angle. I did the same when I first started. Take another look at it from a different angle. You will find it a pretty easy problem

Start with the hardware. What do you have now for an internet provider and modem? And if you are using a router you may already be minutes away from easy IP love

FRP 10-21-2010 02:39 AM

you can only have static IP with VPN (as far as i know) other methods such as dial up or resetting your modem will always change your IP therefor one day, you might end up getting previously suspended IP?

if you think VPN is not the way to go? can you at least tell me why? to be honest only reason I don't want to use VPN anymore is the cost.
and if you think dialup is the best option than again why?

thank you all!

holymoly 10-22-2010 03:34 AM

I agree with you...IP was the hardest part for me...

I found VBA/VCC/PHONE all TOTAL for under 10 usd!

IP SOLUTION COST ME NEARLY 20 accounts!

Markk 10-22-2010 07:22 AM

I get a Linux VPS for $10 / month + $1 per extra IP.

OpenVPN installed on it.

Then you did it wrong. IP is easy. People make it way way harder than it is.

Running around looking at VPNs and proxies because you cant work out a new IP is the wrong approach. Once you understand how to do it correctly its a snap

two words I'm going to remove from this forum. Help and easy. LOL.

Seriously, going stealth is not easy as in easy-peasy. It needs work.

I'd advise against VPN because the majority are detectable. Not good for stealth.
Dial-up is as s l o w as a 21-day hold ;)
Options: what is your current set-up? What do you know about your IP? Is it static or dynamic? You have options to give you an overload.
Come back & let us know your plans....

IP is simple to do but you need to work out the best plan ::typing:

FRP 10-25-2010 01:25 AM

GreenBean,

I didnt know VPN was detectable. I see why some people does not recommend them. I appreciated your explanation I will be more careful.
I don't mind the speed as long as I am back on track so dialup is my best bet?

I currently have fios and I believe my IP is static, I can get different IP by resetting my modem but considering I have about 4 accounts and I have to login them each day I dont think this method applies to me?

You also said its simple. But I strongly disagree.

Can you please tell me one steady method that I can stick with and use it for 4 5 accounts at the same time?
Thanks a lot!

GreenBean 10-25-2010 01:40 AM

It's qualified . IP is simple to do but you need to work out the best plan Maybe I should have said it is simple to do AFTER working out the best plan :spy:

Thanks for the quick response GreenBean,
I currently use 4 of my accounts with VPN (i did not start selling yet) and about a month ago I had 2 where I successfully sold and took my money out.

so far VPN is working for me but it costs.. and I don't like to depend on anybody to do my ebay.

I am not sure what to do please help me

All I know; dialups, VPN and resetting modem as an options to get new IP.

if they is anything else you might want to suggest me please let me know I will study them.

GreenBean 10-25-2010 03:41 AM

We each have prefernces as to what will work best.

Dial-up ( might be slow but good for stealth )
Usage of your current IP provided you can change the IP address.
http://www.aspkin.com/forums/ip-addr...change-ip.html
with this thank holyhell for doing the legwork to get the info for changing :thumb:
An assortment of wirelss, mobile cards could be utilized viz:
http://www.aspkin.com/forums/ip-addr...c-ip-help.html
First Edition's post is very informative in this thread.:thumb:

These two are what I consider more helpful. Look at them and let's talk more if you want.
I must add I've made no comment now about VPNs. They are another level of stealth. I'm giving advice based on IP is simple to do but you need to work out the best plan ;)
That and I need go brew more coffee :pop2:

Is that true ???? OpenVPN is good to create stealth accounts?

Im in Europe and i want to sell on ebay.com

jerry 11-05-2010 08:10 PM

You can use AOL or People PC dialup. The IP address changes on every log in so make sure to keep a log of all the IP addresses.

gagan 11-06-2010 09:01 AM

Anyone know what to use from europe ?

mofetee 11-07-2010 01:04 AM

Then you did it wrong. IP is easy. People make it way way harder than it is.

LIKE!

gagan 11-07-2010 02:09 AM

Tell me please what is easy

FRP 11-10-2010 11:07 AM

to be honest I am tried of people who claims IP is easy or TONS of ways around.

NO its NOT.

I am not here asking how to just change my IP address. 12 years old kid will know that these days.

I am HERE to learn how can I manage at least 4 5 different IP's from same location and same computer for my accounts??

Lets say:
I reset my modem and have brand new IP but thats only one!.

(you know what I think I have found my answer have a lot of routers and simply swap them, good idea anybody thx?)

Just because you have given up and are too stubborn to learn a little doesn't mean there are not ways to manage IPs

Bang your fist and say it cant be done. It wont get you anywhere

Think about what you are saying. Everyone is doing just fine with it but since you cant get a handle on it it simply cant be done

It can. So smarten up, step back and calm down and start over. Learn a little before you decide everyone is wrong

an another one who claims IP is easy way around but just CLAIMS and TALKS
no action.

if that was that easy than can you tell me how you are managing 4 5 accounts from same computer and same connection?

if you just have 1 account currently selling! dont even botter with this.

.

People like you are unhelpable. So 100s are fine but since you cant get a handle on it its not actually doable?

Are you really that thick headed? Seriously?

Instead of being an ass do some bloody work.

Here is the answer you want so take it: Its impossible to manage IPs. It cant be done. There is absolutely no way at all to have more then one IP. Never been done and it never will. ... Idiot

How can you actually be helped with your attitude?

GTB 11-10-2010 12:14 PM

mobile broadband has worked a treat for me man,im not sayin its the best choice but its definetly doin a good job,
each time i log out of one windows user account to another i get a brand new ip,you get some great deals here in the uk,surely the states will have bigger and better mobile bb deals, they have bigger and better everything else:)

i dont have an attitude it just makes me sick people like you just talk but no action.

yes there is a way around to manage more than 1 IP per computer and connection which is VPN its not the best option but so far works for me. Where I am currently selling on 3 different VPN acc.

since VPN costs money and I have been limited without even selling anything on 2 of them. I dont want to waste my time and move on from vpn ASAP.

dialup is an another option where I never tried it yet but it looks like my best bet for future accs (only if I can find an external modem). Its slow but who cares as long as I can sell.

I am reading and learning a lot thanks to those who pointed at something and put me in the right track especially you GreenBean. this topic is here to share knowledge only if people like you who thinks or probably knows something share his experience. I need to know more to figure out best option.

Are you serious??? I have posted many ways to work with IPs.

Dont go blame everyone else for your weakness... Use and pay for VPNs because you are too thick to learn something that is seriously so simple to figure out its silly

There are dozens and dozens of threads on here on changing IPs... And you get pissy because you cant grasp them??? People like you are useless to a forum like this. All you want is point and click spoon feeding and when something goes wrong you come back and point at everyone but yourself

Best of luck

FRP 11-10-2010 07:15 PM

again no action but talk, if you have posted anything useful about my question can you please give me the links so I can read them.

pod 11-10-2010 07:26 PM

Action? What action are you looking for??

Are you even for real man? Are you actually going to stand by that managing multiple IPs is just not doable? Seriously?

You firmly believe that one computer means one IP? No way around it?

You are on your own skippy. I cant be bothered with you any more...

FRP 11-10-2010 08:08 PM

whatever pod i am already tired of u talking none sense.

lakeman 11-10-2010 08:20 PM

What nonsense is Pod talking? I must have missed it... You need to use the search button. Your theory of having to use Vpns to get new ips is NONSENSE!

What about if you are located in Thailand? What is the best way to get a US IP address? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Which country are you living in? US right.

Have you heard about Internet cafe or library having internet facility, I don't think it will be a problem.

I use to do same thing and also here in Thailand i buy wireless connections when i go to restaurants like Starbucks which are available every where it will cost a little but worth.

You need to work little more on this and show efforts if you want to earn, and you will get way around. Its easy just try.

Why you want to use US IP while in Thailand make new account based in Thailand, if you are staying here for a while or permanent staying, get approved Ebay and Paypal by opening new bank account and use stealth guide, so that you can play with more stuff.

OR if your active account is in USA and you want to access the account than you may want to buy a VPN service, but i will not recommend it, if you are on short trip. I still have an idea not tried, will update after i experiment it.

shogun1 11-12-2010 01:43 PM

i dont know much about running multiple ip's with multiple accounts, some people have 10+ accounts at a time,i have no idea how they do that. For me i just have 3 different brands of routers,i put tape on each of them with my ebay id so i never confuse them and i disconnect and connect each router to the modem when i logon to ebay/paypal

you can get a cheap router at walmart for 30 bucks, there are ways you can actually change the ip of your router but i find it easier to just use several routers. Now with these new limits i may need more accts though so i need to find a better solution

pod 11-12-2010 01:48 PM

The way you are changing routers is exactly the same principal as changing mac addresses. You are just using the macs that are in the routers right now is all.

You can change the mac address in any of those routers by going into settings.
192.168.1.1
or
192.168.0.1

There are some good guides on here. When you have some time to spare give it a try. Once you get it going you will find it quit easy

OR, if you like the simplicity of using routers, dont get new. Get some cheap ones off ebay

Sorry, but its not. Anything that hides your ip is bad bad bad. Ebay wont ask why you are hiding, they dont care. All they see is you are hiding.
