Vpn Is it ok to use for Ebay and paypal

Because I've been trying to change my mac address and it worked once now it does not work. I'am little confused. any help would be greatly apparented

eBay/PayPal/Amazon know who most of the VPN providers are. They have blocked their IP address ranges. So, NO, VPN's do not work.
