What does ebay see

ipburger shows me the current ip address and the name address as host: dierectway
tracemyip.org shows my ip address as completely different
it does show the same numbers that ipburger shows but it shows it as a proxy ip and as hughes network systems

What exactly does EBAY see..... both numbers?
could some please clear this up for me?::pry:
