What does ebay see

IPBurger shows me the current ip address and the name address as host: dierectway
tracemyip.org shows my ip address as completely different
it does show the same numbers that IPBurger shows but it shows it as a proxy ip and as hughes network systems

What exactly does EBAY see..... both numbers?
could some please clear this up for me?:

Direcway = Hughes

Direcway is now Hughes.net - CNET Broadband Forums

Your IP address is all that matters, don't get caught up in your network provider's different names.
