Need to Change IP

i need a way to change my ip, i heard proxies dont work and i want like 3-4 ebay stealth accounts but i don't know what to do for the ip.

If someone has a method for this, please help me out. Ill pay you

Is your current IP provider dynamic? What provider you use.

how to change verizon dsl dynamic ip address.
