1 PC access to multi PP account ?

Is it safe to have 2 or more pp account access on the same PC, of course, different IP , clear cookies . It seems pp can track the PC information, is that true ?

It is fine yeah as long as you operate them on different windows user accounts thus avoiding cookie linkage and with a new IP for each...

No - if it was I would not have more than 10 stealth accounts running on this laptop alone

either use different users or virtual machines and you should be fine.
