dynamic Chicago vpn for ebay/paypal

Does anyone know any good dynamic Chicago VPN services I can use for ebay/paypal?

I have one already but it doesent even change the ip everytime i re-connect (supposely its suppose to if its shared) and its ip located in Providence, UT and I am from Chicago, IL.

I can only think of VPN to hide my ip because I cannot use Dial-Up. I have no landline and I use majic-jack.

anything used to mask or hide ip's is NEVER a good idea and a high change to lead to issues.....all systems will recognize these and know you are hiding for a reason

Shared VPN are no good, chances of other people using the same VPN for the same purposes are high. If using a vpn should only use a provider that provides private unique Static IP address that only you have access to.

Plan to use a VPN is a problem.

Nothing 'good' is free.

VPN is about the worst of choices. Low cost ones are far too easily picked up by paypal.

Have you considered tethering a cell phone?
Why can you not have a landline?
