switch between 2 ip adress

I have one question

How can i switch between 2 ip adresses?

I change the mac adress on the router and my ip adress change

then if i put the old mac adress the ip change again and i have a other ip different from the first

is it problem on ebay if i log in everytime with different ip adress?
