cell phone tracking by ebay

As long as they have your original IP and you registered the Sim card in your name, Yes they can

if anyone is interested, Opera mini, routes all of its/yours traffic thru their dedicated servers in iceland and other countries. Only Mini version though, not Mobile.

just use Opera as I said and ditch the ebay/paypal app and Safari. You can however get yourself Netshade or something similar

I have the same question. I believe when you cycle it in airplane mode, it changes the IP.

you need to check your IP and start logging it to make sure it doesn't repeat.

I plan on buying a service that gives me a (probably multiple) secured IP address for $5 a month

I keeping using virgin mobile for my primary phone and tethering to my selling laptop. Only thing I hate is from 6-9pm the internet speed is so slow.

Another thing that you can do is Go to Auctiva (they do have a Moblie phone App) and log onto as Many Ebay accounts as you want from you phone Safley,,

You are correct.

Airplane mode and then a new Ip 99% of the time.

Slow is an issue with doing this.

Thanks for the replies I got another laptop will be using it with windows 7 instead of the macbook now so even though I used the iphone tethered to my macbook on one account it sounds like your saying I am ok if I use opera on my laptop with windows tethered to my iphone correct? Thank you again.

Because you log onto AUCTIVA First and then from there to Ebay, as opposed to logging to Ebay Directly

I picked up the T-Mobile Pre-Paid Rocket 4G, the worst part is the registering of the darn thing. The good thing is so far the connection is strong and it changes IP's relatively quick and smooth. Speeds are decent, but I suppose it depends on the City you are in.

yes Paypal dooooooooooooooooo have an iphone-id (a long code) plus the name of my iphone (the nick name!!) that i used to register it when i first bought the iphone.. i have found such info on under "my profile" on paypal......

the question is how to re-set...? or change them so they do not get linked to my old paypal/ebay account....?

I am curently using a friends ebay account to sell and the only thing I need help with is getting around ebay catching on that im using it on my phone (samsung 3 tmobile). I know they will link my acccount if I log in to her account using my phone, is there a way to use my phone and her account (while using the ebay app) to take pics and upload them without ebay catching my IP address or whatever it is they link accounts with? I dont have an option other than to use my phone because Im oviously not going to be at her house ever day using her computer. Please help!
